Here we present the RiboCrypt: an interactive genome and transcriptome browser that supports user friendly data processing and display. RiboCrypt R package and R shiny web application was developed in compliance with the Bioconductor environment, built on top of highly efficient ORFik package. This allows for fast processing of downloaded or user generated raw data and rapid on the fly loading of large number of datasets. To facilitate data exploration, RiboCrypt web app contains hundreds of preprocessed datasets. RiboCrypt is particularly well suited for Ribo seq data and supports sub codon profile display in genomic and transcriptomic contexts. It provides a set of useful features: animated plots, sliding window profiles, detection of translated ORFs and generation of publication grade figures. As a case study we demonstrate RiboCrypt display of a multi omics set of TSS seq, PAS seq and Ribo seq data as informative, intuitive and interactive profiles that give instant insight into transcript isoforms and translational landscape
