Getting poster data...
Christina Schmidt (Box 197, Cambridge Biomedical Campus)
Watercolour painting depicting a multitude of separate nodes with connections (edges) between them. Each node is like a little universe of genes corresponding to a signalling pathway. The connections between the universes show that they have genes in common and the colour represents the level of significance with which a pathway is altered comparing two conditions. Big biological data have hidden beauty within them and we should aim to visualise this beauty for everyone.
