We present visualizations of different cell and tissue specific proteomes of the laboratory mouse. Our approach is based on Voronoi Treemap layouts. Voronoi cells' areas encode protein abundance data (molecule count per cell weighted by sequence length). The hierarchical structure illustrates the KEGG based functional protein classification. Due to our topology preserving algorithm for treemap calculation we support a fast and intuitive comparision of different cell specific mouse proteomes. Information about the cellular investments for the production of different types of proteins can be easily derived.
