Alignment Annotator is the first HTML-based interactive viewer for annotated multiple sequence alignments. Compared to Java-based approaches, it is more robust and compatible with desktop PCs as well as tablet PCs. It runs directly in the Web browser and does not require plugins. The alignment view can be created with an online web service. It may serve as a view option for services.
