Integrated Genome Browser (IGB) is an interactive desktop genome browser with support for a wide variety of annotation, sequence, variant, and graph genomic file types. IGB pulls data from diverse sources for visualization such as Galaxy, BAR eFP-Seq Browser, CyVerse, and UCSC. IGB includes analytic features such as the ability to create coverage graphs, merge annotations, and scale data. The IGB app store enables external developers to add new features to IGB and for users to seamlessly install new apps expanding the functionality of IGB. IGB is open source and can be downloaded from bioviz.org.
