Motility of human sperm is essential for its long and adventurous journey into the female genital tract to fertilize the oocyte and maintain the circle of life. Here we first performed the subcellular fractionation for the sperms and then performed mass spectrometry to analyse the sperm proteome. The word cloud illustrates individual proteins in their own location and serves as a quick reference for the proteome of human sperm.https://c-hpp.webhosting.rug.nl/tiki-index.php?page=17th C-HPP Workshop in Tehran, Iran, May, 2017
