Transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics are important post-genomics techniques and generate large amounts of quantitative data covering and connecting the complete cascade from genotype to phenotype. In addition to the results and findings obtained by the individual -omics techniques, various benefits can be achieved when data from multi -omics experiments are integrated. Thereby, correlations between gene expression, protein abundances as well as metabolite pool sizes and fluxes can be observed. To simplify the interpretation and analysis of such complex multi -omics experiments, meaningful visualizations are crucial. We will present our Web Services based approach termed ProMeTra that combines the three functional genomics software platforms MeltDB, Emma 2 and QuPE. ProMetra provides simplified access to experimental data from quantitative proteomics, metabolomics and transcriptomics and generates integrated visualizations through user defined metabolic pathway maps.
