Recently we have developed high throughput experimental data analysis platform, "bioCompendium". It facilitates the comparative analysis of experimental results, e.g., gene expression analysis, RNAi screening, proteomics experiments originating from different animal models (‘cross-species comparison’) and different biological domains. Further by using bioCompendium, one can analyze/compare/enrich – a) one or more experimental results (gene lists); b) experimental results with previously published data; c) experimental results from different model organisms; d) experimental results with some documents (pdf, doc, excel, ppt, text etc) and e) bio-entities present in different documents. It provides wide spectrum of biological information, transcription factor binding site profiles, diseases associations, interacting drugs and chemicals, patents information etc., different clustering and enrichment methods, and visualization of results using 2D and 3D visualization tools. Currently bioCompendium is developed for three model organisms - human, mouse and yeast. The other model organisms will be added in future releases.
