Aquaria, a web-based, molecular graphics resource, provides structural information for >500,000 protein sequences in SwissProt. For each protein sequence, Aquaria uses HHblits to pre-calculate alignments onto all available 3D structures. For a protein of interest Aquaria gives an overview of structural matches and displays the PDB structure with the maximum number of matching residues. At the same time, it loads annotations from several sources, to be mapped onto the structure.â¨Here, we show how Aquaria.app can be used to display information loaded from a Zenodo entry in order to analyse the effect of amino acid changes occurring in the Omicron lineage of SarsCov2.
