SAbPred (http://opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/webapps/sabpred) is a server that is dedicated to structure-based predictions of antibodies. SAbPred is a single platform with applications to: number and align sequences; automatically generate homology models of antibody variable fragments; annotate model accuracy; and predict paratope and epitope residues. In particular, the user interface is developed to highlight structural information that can help the design of therapeutic molecules. Our web server is developed for free use by both academic and industrial audiences, and is available at http://opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/webapps/sabpred.
