Getting poster data...
Christian Stolte (New York Genome Center, New York, USA)
Starting with raw data files from the 23andMe service, this is an attempt to create something akin to a fingerprint of genomic data. How can we create a compressed form that shows identifiable differences between genomic signatures, without getting hung up on details? For each chromosome, counts of the letter combinations detected at the genomic positions tested are translated to overlapping circles of corresponding radius and color. The result is different for each person.
