Getting poster data...

We developed an interactive parallel coordinates tool to allow the users to navigate in a comparative manner the data available in International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) for each gene. During the phenotyping process measurements are made by the phenotyping centers, on both knockout and WT strains and they are statistically analyzed in order to make phenotype associations. The parallel coordinates tool displays the genotype effect for each gene, across multiple measured parameters (the parallel coordinates). We display continuous data only. Interaction options such as filtering, highlighting the current gene (row in the table), removing filters, customizing coordinates display order or adding new parameters.
